Let's help our lower income kids succeed educationally!

I have been involved with Hoops and Homework since its inception. The morning after Framingham Town Meeting voted for the initial funding, Herb Chasan called me asking for guidance.

Herb, other community leaders and volunteers and paid staff have built this program into a phenomenal after school and vacation program that serves our most disadvantaged students. This program helps them keep up with everyone else and get the education that they deserve.

Out of all of the volunteer roles I have fulfilled in the last 35 years, I believe that supporting Hoops has made the most impact on the lives of children and families in our community.

I would ask that you consider making a donation to support this wonderful program that now has accreditation from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

As a perk for your donation: You can be my guest reading or co-reader at the Dr. Suess birthday event and watch me do my dramatic interactive Green Eggs and Ham rendition.
